Salt Lake City, Utah · About thirty minutes from our Kaysville clinic
Hormone, Weight Loss and Longevity Care, North of Salt Lake City
Salt Lake has more clinics than Davis or Weber County. You can book the first visit in the office, or by video if you are in Utah, and the drive north is for the scan and any visit you choose to have in the office. This page lays that trade out.
Thirty Minutes North, and Only When It Matters
We are not the closest option for most of Salt Lake, and we will not pretend to be. What the membership offers: one clinic for men’s testosterone, women’s hormones and weight, prices shown up front, and a provider who answers in the app.
- Address
- 186 N 100 E, Suite A, Room 6, Kaysville. One block east of Main Street at 200 North.
- From downtown
- Twenty-three miles and about thirty minutes mid-morning, against the commute.
- Getting here
- I-15 north to Exit 328 (200 North).
- First visit
- In the office, or by video if you are in Utah, at the same price. Labs are drawn at a LabCorp near you; only the 3D body composition scan needs the office, and a video first visit skips it.

What Is In Person, and What Is Not
The first visit can be in the office, or by video if you are in Utah, at the same price. The drive north is for the scan and for any in-office visit you choose.
In the office, in Kaysville
- The 3D body composition scan, which happens only in the office and comes with the Weight Loss Assessment and the Comprehensive Health Assessment. A first visit booked by video skips it.
- Any visit you choose to book in the office, the first visit or a check-in.
By video (in Utah) and in the app
- The first visit, if you book it by video.
- Check-ins with your provider by video or phone, from home or a break room downtown.
- Questions and plan changes as messages in the app, answered by your provider.
- Refill requests and your lab results, in the app as well, so you can check your numbers from home.
Labs, at a LabCorp near you
Your labs are drawn at a LabCorp location near you before the first visit, so your provider has results in hand on the day. They are rechecked every three or six months, depending on your plan.
Getting Here From Salt Lake City
186 N 100 E, Suite A, Room 6, Kaysville, UT 84037
Every route ends at I-15 Exit 328, with parking available on site. On a big east-wind day, when trucks are pulled off I-15 and Legacy through south Davis, give it a few extra minutes.
From downtown, the Avenues and Capitol Hill
I-15 north from downtown, or Victory Road to Beck Street from the Capitol and the Avenues, which joins I-15 in North Salt Lake. Stay on I-15 to Exit 328, 200 North in Kaysville. Right at the ramp, across Main Street, right on 100 East. Twenty-six to thirty-one minutes without traffic.
From Rose Park and the west side
1000 North or 600 North onto I-15 north, then Exit 328. About twenty-five minutes from Rose Park, the shortest trip in the city. From West Valley City it is about thirty-three minutes by I-215 and I-15 north.
From Sugar House, the East Side and Millcreek
I-80 west to I-15 north, then Exit 328. Thirty-two to thirty-five minutes without traffic. This is the far end of our reach, and we say so.
From North Salt Lake
US-89 north to 2600 South and I-15, or Legacy Parkway from Foxboro to its north end at Park Lane. About twenty-one minutes. Downtown Salt Lake is closer to you, so this is a choice about the clinic, not the distance.
Getting Here Without a Car
Kaysville has no train station, but the 470 bus runs from downtown Salt Lake to our door.
The 470 bus, one seat
UTA Route 470 runs from downtown up the whole corridor about every thirty minutes on weekdays. From State Street downtown to Kaysville it is about fifty-five minutes on morning and evening trips, closer to seventy for departures between 12:30 and 4:30. Get off at Main Street and 200 North; the clinic is one block east, about a four-minute walk.
FrontRunner to Layton
Salt Lake Central to Layton Station is thirty-six minutes. From Layton Station it is a five-minute drive, or a short ride on the 470 south to Main Street and 100 North, a four-minute walk.
Honest About the Distance
Three things a Salt Lake reader should know before deciding, none of them a sales pitch.
We are not the closest
From anywhere in Salt Lake City, including North Salt Lake, something is closer than we are. The hospital campuses and the downtown medical offices are usually ten to twenty-five minutes closer. If nearness is what you need most, choose nearness.
Pick the hour you drive north
The state’s I-15 counts between Salt Lake and Farmington show traffic slowing southbound in the morning and jamming northbound from three to six. Leave Salt Lake between eight and two-thirty and you drive north against the morning slowdown. Leave between four and five-thirty and you ride with the northbound jam, forty to fifty minutes. The drive home runs south, against it, so book a morning or a midday visit.
Count the drives, not the minutes
The office is for the 3D body composition scan and any visit you choose to have there. The first visit and your check-ins can be by video if you are in Utah, and labs are drawn at a LabCorp near you. Thirty minutes for the trips you choose is a different decision than thirty minutes every week.

FAQ
Common Questions
Only if what we do fits you better than what is near you, and the drive may be smaller than you think. The membership covers men's hormones, women's hormones and weight with one provider, labs reviewed before any plan, prices shown up front, and a provider who answers in the app. The first visit can be by video if you are in Utah, and after it most of that care is by video and message. If a closer clinic is the better fit, the free consultation is where we will say so.
No: check-ins can be in office, by phone, or by video if you are in Utah, and questions go to your provider as messages in the app. The 3D body composition scan is the part that needs the office, along with any visit you choose to book there. Labs are rechecked every three or six months, depending on your plan, at a LabCorp location near you.
About thirty minutes if you leave between eight and two-thirty, driving north against the morning slowdown. Sugar House and Millcreek are closer to thirty-five. Leave downtown between four and five-thirty and you ride with the northbound jam, forty to fifty minutes, which is why we suggest a morning or midday visit. The drive home runs south, against the afternoon traffic.
Yes, if you plan around the schedule. It runs about every thirty minutes on weekdays from downtown to Main Street and 200 North in Kaysville, one block from the clinic. The ride is about fifty-five minutes on morning and evening trips, closer to seventy for departures between 12:30 and 4:30. FrontRunner also reaches Layton Station in thirty-six minutes, then it is five minutes by car or six on the 470.
If you want a specialist inside a hospital system and your insurance covers it, that is a good choice, and some of those programs have Davis County sites too. We are the cash-pay alternative: one provider who also handles weight and labs, a free text consultation to start, and a provider in the app between visits.
Check UDOT before you drive; on a canyon-wind day a check-in can move to video from your home in Utah. East winds can keep trucks and other high-profile vehicles off I-15, US-89 and Legacy Parkway between Bountiful and Kaysville, and the drive runs slow for everyone. The scan can wait for a calmer day.
