Are labs included?
Labs aren’t included, but members can use our contracted discounted rate — usually $49–$149 per panel.
Are medications included?
Medication costs are not included in the clinic membership fee. Pricing varies by prescription. We’ll provide exact costs once your treatment plan is determined.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes — all MTN HLTH services and prescriptions are HSA and FSA eligible.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Membership continues through your billing cycle; refunds aren’t issued mid-cycle.
