Pricing FAQs
Yes. Every patient is a member. One fee covers every follow-up visit, call and message, so you never pay each time you need your provider. You also get:
- The same provider every time, who reads your record before each visit
- Direct messages with your provider in the app
- Lab reviews written in plain language, so you understand what is going on
- A plan that changes as your life does
- Member pricing on supplements and prescription therapies
Labs aren’t included. You can use our LabCorp cash price or your insurance.
Medication costs are not included in the clinic membership fee. Pricing varies by prescription. We’ll provide exact costs once your treatment plan is determined.
Yes. Your prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose, and you can change it any time. Tell your provider which pharmacy you prefer and they will send it there.
Our services typically qualify for HSA and FSA reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator to confirm what your plan covers. We accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout.
Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice before your next bill date: message us in the app, text us, or tell us at a visit. Your membership continues through the end of the period you’ve paid for, and refunds aren’t issued mid-cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
