MTN HLTH

Accessibility Statement

Effective August 11, 2026

MTN HLTH is committed to making our website, our mobile app, and our clinic usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Health care is not optional, so neither is being able to reach it.

The standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is written into our internal design standards rather than treated as a later pass, and every new surface is held against it.

What that means in practice

  • Readable contrast. Body text is held to a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background.
  • Color is never the only signal. Anything shown in color also carries a label, an icon, or a position, so a colorblind reader loses nothing.
  • Keyboard access. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Screen readers. Images carry text alternatives, and headings, landmarks, buttons, and form fields are labeled so assistive technology can announce them.
  • Comfortable targets and type. Touch targets are at least 44 points and text has a minimum size floor, because our members skew 35 to 65.
  • Reduced motion. We respect the operating system’s Reduce Motion setting.
  • Responsive layout. Pages reflow for small screens and for zoom, so content is usable without horizontal scrolling.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is never finished. We review our pages and app screens as we build and update them, we fix issues as we find them, and we treat a reported barrier as a bug rather than a suggestion. Some content we did not create — an embedded review widget, a document sent to us by an outside laboratory or pharmacy — may not fully conform. If one of those blocks you, tell us and we will get you the information another way.

Tell us about a barrier, or ask for an accommodation

If any part of our website, app, or clinic is hard for you to use, we want to hear about it — and we will work with you to get you what you need in the meantime.

It helps if you can tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use — but tell us however is easiest, and we will take it from there. We aim to respond within two business days.

Need an accommodation for a visit — an interpreter, an accessible appointment time, materials in another format, or help getting into the building? Ask us before your visit and we will arrange it.
