Getting Here From Ogden

186 N 100 E, Suite A, Room 6, Kaysville, UT 84037
Rule of thumb: west of Washington Boulevard, take I-15; on the bench, take US-89. On a big east-wind day, I-15 is the steadier road. Parking available on site.

  • West of Washington Boulevard: I-15

From downtown or West Ogden, take I-15 south to Exit 328, 200 North in Kaysville. Turn left at the ramp, cross Main Street, and turn right on 100 East. The clinic is 0.7 miles off the freeway.

  • On the bench: US-89

From the East Bench or Weber State, follow Harrison Boulevard onto US-89 south. From South Ogden, Washington Boulevard becomes US-89. Take the 400 North exit in Fruit Heights and keep west; 400 North becomes 200 North in Kaysville, and 100 East is about 1.3 miles from the ramp.

  • From Riverdale and West Haven

From Riverdale, take Riverdale Road to I-15 south and Exit 328, about nineteen minutes without traffic. West Haven is Weber County's fastest-growing city: take 1900 West or Hinckley Drive to I-15 south and Exit 328, about twenty-three minutes. Washington Terrace sits on the bench side, about eighteen minutes by US-89 and the 400 North exit.

  • Train and bus

Kaysville has no FrontRunner stop. From Layton Station it is a five-minute car ride. The UTA 470 bus runs down Main Street from Ogden Central and stops at Main Street and 100 North, a four-minute walk from our door. Or take FrontRunner to Clearfield Station and the 627 bus, about every thirty minutes on weekdays, to Fairfield Road and 200 North, two minutes from our door.

The Drive at Rush Hour

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, by appointment only.

Morning and midday

The drive down to us is south. A 9 o’clock or later visit puts it after the worst of the southbound morning slowdown.

Late afternoon

The drive home to Ogden is north. Between three and six it rides with the northbound I-15 jam, so allow extra time. Book earlier in the day when you can, or try US-89 along the bench.

The Express Lanes

The I-15 Express Lanes run the whole way from Riverdale Road to Exit 328. Carpools ride free. A solo driver needs an Express Pass and pays the toll posted on the overhead signs.

Why Drive Past Ogden's Own Clinics

Here is what the drive to Kaysville buys, and what it does not.

One provider for all of it

We offer care for men’s hormones, women’s hormones and weight under one membership. Your provider sees the whole picture, not one piece of it.

Labs before a plan

Your labs are drawn at a LabCorp location before the first visit, so your provider reads them with you on the day. The Weight Loss Assessment and the Comprehensive Health Assessment add a 3D body composition scan in the office, which you can repeat to see what is changing. A first visit booked by video skips it.

What the drive does not buy

A shortcut. Results depend on labs, time and the plan, the same here as anywhere. If a clinic closer to home is the better fit for you, we will tell you so at the free consultation.

What Happens in Kaysville, and What Does Not

You can book the first visit in the office, or by video if you are in Utah, at the same price. Your labs are drawn at a LabCorp location before the visit, so your provider has results in hand on the day. You can use a LabCorp near you.

The 3D body composition scan happens only in the office and comes with the Weight Loss Assessment and the Comprehensive Health Assessment; a first visit booked by video skips it. The scan, and any in-office check-in you choose, are what bring you to Kaysville.

After that, check-ins are in office, by phone, or by video while you are in Utah, and questions go to your provider in the app. Labs are rechecked every three or six months, depending on your plan.

What a First Visit Costs

  • Weight Loss Assessment

    from $299

For weight that will not move with diet and training alone. This visit includes the 3D body composition scan when the visit is in the office.

  • Testosterone Assessment

    $99

For men with low-testosterone symptoms who want their labs read by a provider before any plan.

  • Comprehensive Health Assessment

    from $499

For anyone, man or woman, whose labs came back normal but who does not feel normal.

The price is the same whichever city you drive from, in the office or by video if you are in Utah. Not sure which fits? Start with a free consultation and we reply by text. Medications and ongoing labs are billed separately. See membership pricing

FAQ

Common Questions

Drive down only if what we offer fits you better: care for men's hormones, women's hormones and weight under one membership, with one provider. Your labs come first, and your provider answers your questions in the app between visits. If a clinic closer to home is the better fit, we will say so at the free consultation.

Either works: without traffic they run within a minute of each other, about twenty minutes by Washington Boulevard and US-89. Riverdale Road to I-15 and Exit 328 is about twenty-one. On a big east-wind day, I-15 is the steadier road.

Yes: the UTA 470 runs from Ogden Central Station down Main Street and stops at Main Street and 100 North, a four-minute walk from the clinic. From Clearfield Station, the 627 bus reaches Fairfield Road and 200 North, two minutes from our door. It runs about every thirty minutes on weekdays. Kaysville has no FrontRunner stop; from Layton Station we are a five-minute car ride.

The drive home is north, so between three and six it rides with the northbound I-15 jam. Book earlier in the day when you can, or try US-89 along the bench. The drive down is south, and a 9 o'clock or later visit misses the worst of the morning slowdown.

No. Your labs are drawn at a LabCorp location before the first visit, and you can use one near you. The drive is for the 3D body composition scan, which comes with the Weight Loss Assessment and the Comprehensive Health Assessment, and for any in-office check-in you choose. The first visit can be by video if you are in Utah, at the same price as in the office, and a video first visit skips the scan.

Membership, plus medication and labs billed separately; the membership page lists each number. The price is the same whichever city you drive from. We do not bill insurance. Labs can go through our LabCorp cash price or your insurance. Your provider walks the total with you, at a cost you see before anything starts.
