What Happens in Kaysville, and What Does Not

You can book the first visit in the office, or by video if you are in Utah, at the same price. Your labs are drawn at a LabCorp location before the visit, so your provider has results in hand on the day.

The scan happens only in the office. It comes with the Weight Loss Assessment and the Comprehensive Health Assessment; a first visit booked by video skips it.

After that, check-ins are in office, by phone, or by video while you are in Utah, and questions go to your provider in the app. Labs are rechecked every three or six months, depending on your plan.

What a First Visit Costs

  • Testosterone Assessment

    $99

For men with symptoms of low testosterone. A testosterone lab panel comes first, and your provider reviews it before the visit.

  • Comprehensive Health Assessment

    from $499

For anyone, man or woman, whose labs came back normal but who does not feel normal. Includes the scan when the visit is in the office.

  • Weight Loss Assessment

    from $299

For weight that will not move with diet and training alone. Includes the scan when the visit is in the office.

About seven minutes from Fruit Heights, by Mountain Road to Main Street. From Centerville it is about fourteen minutes, by Parrish Lane to I-15 north and Exit 328 at 200 North.

Most of it does not need the drive: the first visit can be a video visit if you are in Utah, and labs are drawn at a LabCorp location. When you do come in, northbound I-15 is heaviest from three to six, so a visit before three misses most of it. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, by appointment only.

For hormone, weight and longevity care under one membership, with your provider in the app between visits. If you want insurance-covered care for one issue, a health system may fit better. We do not bill insurance; labs can go through our LabCorp cash price or your insurance. From Farmington the drive is about eleven minutes up Main Street.

By bus, yes: the UTA 470 runs on Main Street and stops at Main Street and 200 North in Kaysville, one block from the clinic. FrontRunner does not stop in Kaysville. The nearest station is Layton, five minutes by car.

The 3D body composition scan is the one part that happens only in the office; any other trip is your choice. The first visit can be in office, or by video if you are in Utah; labs are drawn at a LabCorp location, and check-ins can be in office, by phone, or by video while you are in Utah.
