Cookie Policy
Effective August 11, 2026
Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. This page explains which ones MTN HLTH uses. The short answer is: very few, and none of them follow you around.
We do not track you
This website runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Facebook or Meta pixel, and no ad-network or data-broker tag on these pages. We do not build an advertising profile of you, and we do not sell or share browsing information for advertising.
Because of that, browsing our public pages sets no tracking cookies at all, and there is nothing here for a cookie-consent banner to ask you about.
The cookies we do use
The cookies and similar browser storage we use are strictly necessary — the site or app cannot do its job without them:
- Sign-in and session cookies. When you log in to the MTN HLTH app or portal, we set a secure cookie so you stay signed in as you move between screens, and so we know the request is really you. Signing out clears it.
- Security cookies. Short-lived values used to protect forms and sign-in from abuse, and to keep a submission from being replayed.
- Preference storage. Small values your browser keeps so a form you are part-way through, or a choice you have made, is still there if you come back to it.
Blocking these will break signing in and booking. Everything else on the site works with cookies switched off.
Third-party tools on our pages
Three outside services load in your browser on some of our pages. None of them is an advertising tracker, but each is run by its own company under its own privacy policy, and each may set storage of its own:
- Elfsight — the widget that displays our Google reviews on the home page, the booking page, and the free-consult page.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the bot check on our free consultation form. It exists so a real person’s request gets through and a spam script’s does not.
- PayBright — our payment processor. Card details are captured inside their secure frame and never touch our servers.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you see, block, and delete cookies in its settings, and offers a private-browsing mode that discards them when you close the window. You can also send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal; we have nothing to stop tracking, because we are not doing any.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics, advertising, or any other non-essential tracking, we will update this page before or when it goes live, change the effective date at the top, and put a consent choice in front of you if the law requires one. Health information is never used for advertising.
For how we handle your information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
