Treatment Summary

Daily

  • Sertraline 50 mg daily
  • Spironolactone Take both 25 mg and 50 mg tablets daily
  • Compounded Thyroid 65 mcg / 200 mcg capsule every morning on an empty stomach

    We can discuss switching to commercial thyroid from Walgreens if you'd like.

  • DHEA 10 mg every morning
  • Supplements
  • Vitamin D3 + K (Metagenics) Take 2 capsules per day
  • CM Core (Berberine) 1 capsule twice per day with meals
  • Liver (Ancient Glandulars) 6 capsules per day to promote better iron levels

Evening

  • Progesterone 400 mg nightly (2 x 200 mg caps) before bed
  • CPAP Continue using every night
  • Supplements
  • Magnesium Glycinate Take 2 capsules (240 mg) nightly if using electrolyte mix; otherwise take 4 capsules (480 mg)

Weekly

  • Tirzepatide Inject 65 units per week

As Needed (PRN)

  • Pimecrolimus Cream Apply to armpits for psoriasis
  • Mometasone Apply cream to plaques on elbows; use liquid formulation for scalp
  • Hydroxyzine 25 mg up to 3x/day as needed for anxiety or rash

  • Walking is the best way to burn stored body fat. Shoot for 7,000โ€“10,000 steps per day
